Delivery Options

We offer an option of three delivery services for larger items:

Free - Delivered to the nearest external ground‑floor access point (no steps). Assembly and packaging removal are
not included.
Lite (149CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice. Assembly is not included.
Platinum (299 CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice with full assembly and complete removal of all packaging materials.

For added convenience, packaging removal and disposal can be arranged with Free and Lite delivery options for an additional CHF 45.

Returns & Order Changes

We hope you will love your order, but if not just notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at help@milola.ch.

The items need to be returned unused in their original packaging.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
